A Sulawesi-Sumatra dagger or ‘Badik’ with 19th century blade.
The Wilah hand forged in a strait blade and Pamor ‘Ron Keduru Sinebit Sungsang’ pattern. Badik hilt (‘Ukiran’) in ‘Tapa Kuda’ shape. Warangka (sheath) and Gandar (body) of one piece and patiently carved by hand from Kemuning wood.
Length of the blade, including ‘Pesi’ (tang of the blade): 21.2 cm. (1x)
