An Exquisite pair of Indian diamond ear pendants
18th century, Mughal period, North India.
22 karat gold earrings set with Golkunda diamonds, cabochon emeralds and seed pearls, the upper section designed in a flower motif, the lower section shaped as two peacocks above a crescent moon and set with diamonds and emeralds, to the center a flower set with diamonds and pink rubies in leaf motif, the lower sections consists of 5 small leaf shaped pendants, of diamonds emeralds and seed pearls.
